Every AICS Field Interviewer is assigned a supervisor. Call them helping hands. Call them lifelines. But always, always call them when you have a question or need some guidance! Located in our home office in Newtown Square, PA, supervisors support Field Interviewers. They are experts on the study and know its rules, commonly asked questions, and the questionnaire itself inside and out.
But supervisors do much more than provide oversight of the interviewer’s work processes—they empower the efforts of each and every Field Interviewer who rely on them. They arrange assignments and help manage the overall data collection process.
While attending our training in Philadelphia, Field Interviewers are introduced to their Supervisors. Field Interviewers will feel supported, educated and have access to the insider knowledge that only a seasoned supervisor can provide.
